SnapSkill was born from a simple frustration: online learning felt cold, generic, and slow. We set out to build a platform where AI acts as your personal tutor — adaptive, encouraging, and endlessly patient.
How it started
In 2023, our founders Alex and Maria were building an ed-tech product for enterprise clients when they noticed something striking: the most effective learning moments weren't the 2-hour video lectures or the dense PDFs — they were the 5-minute conversations with a knowledgeable colleague.
They asked: "What if we could bottle that experience and give it to everyone?" With advances in large language models making personalized AI tutoring finally feasible, they left their jobs and started SnapSkill.
Today, SnapSkill serves learners across 50+ countries, hosts thousands of creator-built courses, and has a Kids Mode that parents genuinely trust. We're just getting started.
